A running shoe that weighs too much can cause a runner to run slower than if they were wearing a more light weight shoe. A properly fitted shoe that is light weight could be the key to helping you perform your best when running so it can be really important to know what kind of shoe you need to purchase.

            Having the right running shoe is also important because if your running shoe isn’t the correct build for your feet or running style it could cause injuries. Runners have different arches, feet and running styles so it’s important for the runner to wear the correct she for them in order to avoid injuries.
